If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team on Tel: +44 (0) 118 334 2331 or email: support@vulutech.co.uk and we will assist you in arranging a return. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. All returns should be unused and in original condition with accessories where applicable.

All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to Vulu within 2 working days, as Vulu cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service department on Tel: +44 (0) 118 334 2331 or email: support@vulutech.co.uk within the returns or warranty period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for 7 days from date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the Vulu RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by Vulu. In this case, an investigation will need to be raised with the delivery service.
