Once your order has been placed, we request authorization from your card issuer. To reduce the risk of your authorization being rejected please:

  • Make sure your details are correct and match those registered to your bank account.
  • Make sure your card is registered to the billing address.
  • Sign up to a card authentication scheme such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
  • If you are placing a high-value order, consider informing your bank before purchase.

Klarna Buy Now Pay Later

Buy Now Pay Later with Klarna. Once your order’s been sent, you will have 30 days to pay Klarna, and you will get a reminder before payment is due, with zero interest fees or late payment charges.

TIP: If you return any items on your order, your Klarna statement and schedule will be updated

All you need to start:

  • A UK bank account
  • To be 18 years of age or over
  • A residential address

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Klarna payments are subject to your financial circumstances. Klarna may have rejected your application to Pay later. We’d recommend choosing another type or payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  2. You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna purchases.
  3. You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your date of birth.

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments, making a payment to us via PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or If you are not a PayPal customer today you can still use this payment method either by using the credit card payment option to pay as a guest via PayPal or registering yourself for a PayPal account.


PayPal Credit

Spread the cost with PayPal Credit

PayPal Credit is like a credit card without the plastic. PayPal Credit gives you the flexibility to spread the payment into easy-to-manage monthly instalments giving you more time to pay. It takes minutes to apply and if you are approved, you will have a credit limit in your PayPal account right away.

PayPal Credit is a 0% interest offer you can use again and again. Every time you spend £99 or more, you will automatically get 0% interest for 4 months on that purchase.

If you apply and are approved for PayPal Credit, you can use the credit limit granted to pay for today’s purchase and future purchases up to your credit limit.
