We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience we can and if you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will do our utmost to work with you to resolve any issues swiftly. If you would like to return your product, please read carefully below
14 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee
Vulu offer a 14-day, no quibble, money-back guarantee! If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team on Tel: +44 (0) 118 334 2331 or email: support@vulutech.co.uk and we will assist you in arranging a return. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. All returns should be unused and in original condition with accessories where applicable.
- If the item is not returned in original condition with accessories it could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the purchase.
- If the item is returned with irreparable damage (unable to be restocked) we may deny your refund entirely
All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to Vulu within 2 working days of you receiving your order, as Vulu cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.
We recommend that you return the item on a tracked service (requiring a signature) as Vulu will not be liable if the return parcel is lost, and refunds are only processed once the item has been returned to us
Please note once the item is back with us refunds can take up to 72hrs

How to return a faulty item
Most items sold on the Vulu store come with a 1-year return to base warranty unless stated otherwise or you have purchased the extended warranty. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs within this period please get in contact with us so we can resolve it.
If we are unable to rectify the fault remotely or over the phone, we will arrange collection of the item so it can be diagnosed and repaired at our base.
*Please note if you are located outside of the UK, we are unable to offer a collection service. We ask that you pay the return postage, if the item is faulty, we will reimburse your postage cost*
If returning a Laptop or PC before returning, please back up your data as we are not liable for any data loss and remove any passwords or locks.
Once we have the item back, we will:
- Diagnose the fault
- Repair/replace any faulty parts or components
- Test the item top ensure any issues are resolved
- Physically clean the item
- Return item using our next day courier service (no additional cost)
Repairs can take up to 4-5 working days once the item has arrived back with us.
If we are unable to repair your device for any reason, we would then offer to replace your item with a like-for-like device. If we are out of stock of this item, we would then offer you an alternative or a device of your choosing, up to the value that you paid for your original order.
Before Returning
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service department on Tel: +44 (0) 118 334 2331 or email: support@vulutech.co.uk within the returns or warranty period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the Vulu RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by Vulu. In this case, an investigation will need to be raised with the delivery service.
